Gravity Roller Straight – Model 1416

Our Gravity Roller Straight Conveyor with 1.375” dia., 16 ga. wall tubes with 7/16” hex cold rolled steel axles, spring retained is ideal for applications that require an economical, non-powered means for conveying material.

Rollers: 1.375” dia., 16 ga. wall tubes with 7/16” hex cold rolled
steel axles, spring retained. Standard A03 bearings are light oil lubricated. 290 lbs. roller capacity

Frames: F93 set high 3” x 1-1/2” x 3/16” formed steel angles with
bolted 1-1/8” x 1/8” angle cross ties

Widths: Standard widths are listed in table. Also available from 6”
to 39” between frames

Lengths: Standard 5’ and 10’. Also available in 1” increments from 24” to 120”

Frame Capacity: 1300 lbs. evenly distributed live load per 10’ section with supports on 10’ centers; 3200 lbs. maximum evenly distributed live load with supports on 5’ centers

Guard Rail: Standard G99: No guard rail

Roller Covers: Standard V98: No roll cover

Finish: Standard PP94: Safety blue, Epoxy Powder Coat
