Plastic Belt Conveyor – Model NCC-107

Our Model NCC-107 Plastic belt conveyors are a great way to minimize down time with easy to change belt sections.  Plastic belt conveyors feature a positive drive design preventing belt slippage, jamming and off tracking.  These plastic belt conveyors can be used in virtually any application from food, metal stamping, parts handling to plastic injection molding lines. These conveyors are also available in mild steel construction for non food related applications.

Standard Specs:

Belt widths:  4″ – 30″ in 1″ increments

Live Loads:  150 lbs on 45 deg angle,  400 lbs horizontal (20 lbs/foot maximum)

Lengths:  3 – 25 feet in 1ft increments

Speed:  20, 40 and 65 foot per minute standard, others available

Drives:  1/4 – 1 Hp ratings

Belts:  Flat top or Flush Grid, others available
